Buy Now vs Make Offer: what's actually working for you?

I've been reviewing how I price my own domain portfolio, and I'm curious what other sellers are finding. Do you think listing a domain with a clear Buy Now price makes buyers more likely to commit, or does Make Offer work better because it opens the door to negotiation? Personally, I can see advantages to both. A fixed price makes things straightforward, but you might leave money on the table. On the other hand, Make Offer can attract enquiries that never turn into sales. For those of you who've tried both, what has actually worked better? I'm particularly interested in completed sales rather than views or enquiries. Would be interesting to hear what's working for everyone.
